Hi ladies,
Here are all the materials that you need for the first week of the Booty Camp Challenge.
For each week you have a Nutrition Manual and a Quick Start Guide. To download these materials simply click on the images below. They are followed by 5 weekly workouts which are described below. To access the workouts simply click on the blue links. These workouts can also be downloaded from Vimeo or through the download links via the Resources section at the end of this page.
If you’re have trouble viewing these workouts then there’s a few things you can do:
(1) Turn off HD and let it “buffer” i.e. wait until the whole video loads up before you hit play and then it should go through from start to finish.
(2) Download the videos a few hours or night before you need to do them. That way they should play fine. To do this just click the “download” button under each video.
In the Resources section you’ll also find a printable measurement table, printable food list for the first 4 weeks at Booty Camp, and links to member recipes.
Please start by clicking the “Program Overview” section and give that a quick read to get started.
