Hi ladies!

It’s Coach Aisling here and I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be starting my next 30 DAY TIGHT AND TONED ABS CHALLENGE this Monday, October 5th.

Our goal throughout the 30 Day challenge is to really tighten and tone our tummies and to say goodbye to muffin tops!

Below you will see 4 of the workouts from the Challenge.

Throughout the Challenge we’ll have 30 unique workouts that we’re going to do. One new workout for each day. Don’t worry if you think that you won’t be able to complete all 30 workouts in the 30 days. Once you sign up you’ll have access to the workouts forever. That means you can do the workouts whenever is convenient and you can join in with future challenges also.

When we start the 30 Day Challenge you’ll be invited to our 30 Day Challenge group. It’s a private group and we’ll all start the challenge together. This way we can support and motivate each other, especially when the going gets tough! :)

Our next Challenge is starting October 5th.

The cost of participating in the challenge and getting access to all 30 workouts is just €59. That means that your workouts are less than €2 each.
